Member of the Bucharest Bar Association since January 2005, Ms. Spataru is a definitive lawyer from 2006.

She has specialized in the field of financial leasing, advising leasing contracts, in accordance with the law in force and representing clients in court and in front of the Bailiffs. She has been actively involved in ALB (Association of Financial Societies of Romania), by participating in the process of regulating specific legislation.

Another important part of her activity as a lawyer is the insurance field, starting from 2013. Ms. Spataru handles claims actions, payment orders, requests for insolvency proceedings, enforcement petitions, various defenses / acts in files and also carries out legal studies in the field of insurance and consultancy activities.
