Bachelor of Law since 2000, Mrs. Rachitan is a definitive lawyer at the Bucharest Bar Association since January 2007, continuing her studies at SNSPA, the Faculty of Political Science.

She started her lawyer career at PAVEL and Partners, between 2006 and 2010, time during which she represented in court natural and legal entities, in commercial, civil and family law disputes. Since 2010, she has worked mainly with Coface Romania as a lawyer specialized in commercial litigation, insolvency and enforcement procedures, coordinating the team of lawyers until the founding of the Civil Law Company.

Among her most important achievements:

• Successful legal representation of legal entities, domestic and international clients in corporate, banking and utilities, for debt recovery files;
• Creating a successful strategy and implementing working procedures for each coordinated team;
• Advocacy and compliance studies (compliance & complaints, monitoring and analysis of impact legislation for clients’ activities);
• Constant involvement on behalf of Coface Romania in the AMCC (Trade Credit Management Association) through active participation in the process of regulating specific legislation.

Mrs. Rachitan opts for an assertive approach to litigating situations, constantly pursuing leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching, and financial analysis.
